Factors founder of Teaching and Learning-Trends in School Anxiety

Anxiety in school is one of the academic problems in optimizing the learning achievement of students. If students feel the anxiety of the objects associated with schooling, he could not attend totally to follow the lessons in class. In the process of teaching and learning should engage students in total both physically and intellectually. Student involvement in learning activities are administrative

in nature and physically real, but intellectually both cognitive and affective in the sense of understanding in the sense that students realize the importance of understanding the lessons that are vague and can only be known through the evaluation. The involvement of students in total are created when a good classroom climate can occur by teachers through classroom management, classroom discipline, and presentation of course material in learning activities.

This study aims to examine the factors of learning activities that can trigger a tendency to school anxiety in students. There are three things that analyzed the factor (1) classroom management, (2) classroom discipline, and (3) presentation of subject matter. In addition it also conducted tests on the relationship of anxiety to the academic achievement of students.

Study evaluating the three independent variables (classroom management, classroom discipline, and presentation of subject matter) and one dependent variable that is the tendency of this school anxiety, using a research design survey with the characteristics (1) more emphasis on information about the variables of the information about the individual, (2) the sample does not cover all the population or census, but only a fraction of the population, (3) measurement used is not real because it measures the constructs that are psychological and sociological, and (4) variable data from subjects who were analyzed data are descriptive. From these characteristics, then this study can be classified as a descriptive survey research that uses multiple regression analysis techniques (multiple regression).

The results obtained by stating that the teacher-student interaction in learning activities that include the realm of classroom management, classroom discipline, and presentation of subject matter, creating anxiety in students going to school. Realm of teacher-student interaction in learning activities of the dominant and most influential in a row is the presentation of subject matter, classroom discipline and classroom management.
