Roskos (2000) has tried to draw constructively conclusions between the power of language acquired from the activities of reading, writing and playing. Language is energy in speech, which can be acquired from the play and literacy activities, this is a mental process among the activities connected to each other literacy activities.

Language includes the basics in interacting, narrated the events, names and objects. In literacy activities, children use language to realize the potential and purpose of language itself. They are also have done actualization is important in the use of language such as basic communication skills of oral expression (telling), telling (narrating), and explain. These capabilities are translated into a rich context in speech, developed dynamically in use the language in ways that build the processes and skills in the process of literacy.

The process of cross-interaction is also confirmed by theory of multiple intelligences from Gardner (Agustín, 2008: 46-51), he was described intelligence with various characteristic of intelligence, Gardner argues that in an effort to develop the linguistic in nature of intelligence, a bright child in linguistics , will likely have more reading and writing skills earlier than children his age. To have this capacity he is the best way according to the child is introduced to speak, listen, and view the paper. Parents are essential to motivate and provide literacy tools. One example is providing lot of of books, discuss with them, and give them the opportunity to write and read. Gardner described intelligence in his theory of language as "linguistic intelligence (verbal), is the intelligence in the child's ability to use words either spoken or written form. " In the in nature of linguistic intelligence has major role as it relates to children's language ability to manipulate the syntax or structure of the language, fornologi or the sounds of language, semantics or meaning of language, menemonik or use the language in recall information, explains, metabahasa or use language to discuss. In linguistic or Sciences relating to languages, presents a set of knowledge structures of thought that leads children to developed a wider knowledge.

Thus, languages becomes an important tools for their thinking. Because there are potential to manipulate the languages as contained a variety of skills in Sciences related to languages (linguistic), such as: (1) the ability to manipulate language structure (syntax), (2) ability to to manipulate the sounds of language (fornology), (3) the ability to manipulate meaning of languages (semantics).Including pragmatic dimension that is contained in a practical use of languages such as using the language to influence others (rhetoric), use languages to remember information (menemonik), use languages to explains (explain), use languages to discuss something (metabahasa). Of course from this explanation so enough to reinforce knowledge that the languages is the very complex and rich in delivering children and become early provision for the development of other larger thinking. Language can be oral, or written using the sign (coding), letters (alphabetic), numbers (numerical or digital). Maybe also form a picture or painting, or any other form of symbols (Sunuyeko, 2003: 24-25).

In the world of education, is generally purpose of language learning at all levels of education is to guide students to be able to functioning of language in various communication activities with all its aspects. In this sense can be explained that the purpose of language is directed at the ability to for learners to communicate use language appropriate to its function as an integrated function, instrumental, reasoning, and culture. Integrative Functions the use of language in order become members of community who liked, accepted his presence by the language community concerned. Instrumental function is the function of language used in practical purposes, such as science, mass move, get a job, and others. The function of logical that the language used to think, understand something, keep and develop new things.
