Abstract
Keeping, take care and rebuild environment and nature as equal as keep behavior of individual life, group and society in order to make them have attitude to environment, manner to environment is a part of prosocial behavior, because one of the meaning prosocial is individual freedom to tolerance, freedom to build and not destroy environment and surrounding, shaping attitude to environment is about international campaign about continue built that in man's soul there are integration between self harmony, harmony with of hers and harmony with nature. Those there aspects of harmony should be concrete through hard works and good tangibility activity through individual action in daily life. Activity of educational environment and issues campaign or environment program by social society organization and mass media.

Talking about the environment will be faced with the real efforts that is integrally related to the interests of society at large, not just the interests of local, regional, national, but the international community with shared interests, regardless of the interests of big countries against small countries, or otherwise state small countries are concerned to get the facility to be able to save the lives of higher quality.

Among the serious conversations about environmental sustainability is to build people's behavior in order to have an awareness of the environment, because the shape the behavior of people's lives as difficult to preserve the environment itself.

In the context of sustainable development, environmental regulation and maintenance of the Asia Pacific region have a shared vision that carried for always being promoted by APIENEV namely: (a) elimination of all forms of discrimination, (b) the protection of human rights and democracy, (c) building a fair, balanced , humane, and sustainable, (d) environmental protection, and (e) combination of human values of contemporary and traditional.

Fifth vision and four core values in international education that integrates an image of a society that extensive local, regional, national or international. One is tangible peace and harmony as characteristic attention to the environment in achieving sustainable development.

The values of harmony is meant is, mutual trust and understanding, a sense of belonging / sense of culture, cooperation or collaboration, effective communication, attention to the common good, a sense of reconciliation, and the desire for consensus. These values will be spread on the effort of each individual or groups of people even the ruler of a country to perform and keep the build by truly sustainable (sustainable).

Sustainable development is a reference to maintain balance and survival of human beings with the natural surroundings, so that within it there are important values that must be known to every individual, group, and the ruler of a country, especially in the aspect; orientation to the future, care about the environment ( environmental care and environmental measures), the management of resources, creativity, frugality / simplicity, and personal ecology.

Integration between the values of harmony and personal care for the environment and ecology is a must for every individual feel that life is not just for himself and his time will be but a manifestation of social responsibility investment for the benefit of generations to be born in the future. Reality and Environmental Problems in Madura

Humans are expected to behave in environmentally friendly, which is looking to the future of mankind in the next generation to have the same opportunity to enjoy and live in harmony with the natural surroundings. Individual responsibility towards sustainability and the natural environment around it, is a reflection and realization of one's concrete actions in the form of prosocial behavior is always "environmental issues", because as part of a three mandate issued by an international commission of environment and development: that: "... to raise the level of understanding and commitment to action on the part of individuals, voluntary organizations, bussiness, institutes, and Government.
